Introduction to Data Sets
Note: This segment is relevant to Agencies and Financial Institutions (FIs) only.
With the standardisation of eGuarantee templates, Agencies and FIs only need to send the data sets via the Networked Trade Platform (NTP) to transmit key information required to issue and eGuarantee.
All data sets are sent in CSV format. Each CSV contains the data set of a single eGuarantee, except for MOM Migrant Worker Bond use case (i.e. MOM_SB and MOM_SB_MW).
Data sets to be prepared and uploaded by Financial Institutions

| Issuance and Amendment data set for GOV_UT | To issue a new eGuarantee or amend details of an existing eGuarantee. This dataset shall be used when the applicant has requested for an eGuarantee to be issued or amended under GOV_UT. Please see link for the list of “Purpose of Guarantee” text used by Agencies. |

| Non-extension data set | To communicate the financial institution’s intent not to extend the guarantee further. Applicable for Guarantee Templates GOV_POC_NFD or LTA_SWA as they have automatic extension clauses. |
